**Transforming Healthcare through Import Operations**

We are seeking a highly skilled Import Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our import operations team, you will be responsible for preparing temporary importations of raw materials under the maquiladora program, including virtual operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Review and assure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

- Prepare permanent importations and review and approve pedimentos.

- Conduct daily operations follow-up through any Mexican entry point in all transportation modes.

- Provide documents and information needed for customs clearance.

- Responsible for following up import & export shipments to ensure timely arrivals.

- Provide information and orientation to users about correct import & export procedures.

- Contribute to customs compliance area through accuracy in inbound and outbound information in the Annex 24 system.

- Review freight invoices and expense accounts and fill out reports and keep freight logs updated.

- Provide information to the financial department about freight expenses to ensure accurate reporting.

- Update operational procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

**Requirements:**

- College graduate in International Trading, Industrial Engineer, or Administration Engineering degree.

- Firsthand experience using ZOE or other IMMEX software that complies with Annex 24.

- Experienced in IMMEX program and firsthand experience using Rule 8, EUR1, and NAFTA.

- 2-3 years of experience in Import/Export operations.

- Effective communication skills.
