Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. This role will work closely with business partners to align technology solutions with business needs, supporting low to moderately complex business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy:
Collect, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications to support IT application strategies for a single functional business area.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as a liaison and partner between IT and a single functional business area, providing subject matter expertise on business processes and related systems capabilities.
Operations/Delivery:
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement best practice software technology solutions to support business needs.
- Develop test cases and participate in testing, focusing on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Map requirements to use cases and testing.
- Assess risks related to the readiness of the business to adopt new solutions.
Vendor Management:
Collaborate with external partners to develop and support domain areas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to translate between technical and business language, working collaboratively and negotiating requirements across multiple groups.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
