About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Solutions Development team at MX19 Alcon Laboratorios S.A. De C.V. Company. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders, driving business value through effective IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business product owners and subject matter experts to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure IT solutions meet business requirements, acting as a liaison to facilitate communication and ensure functionalities are aligned with business needs.
  • Lead the UX/UI design process for IT solutions, creating intuitive and effective user interfaces, with experience in Figma preferred but not required.
  • Develop and configure system specifications to address business requirements and fit with the company's system architecture standards.
  • Ensure software compliance standards are met and that solutions adhere to these standards.
  • Evaluate interfaces between systems and operational requirements, including how solutions integrate with other systems.
  • Establish and document system parameters and formats, ensuring system compatibility with solutions and coordinating modifications as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, system specifications, and design mockups related to solutions and other IT solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP, Scrum Master) a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Extensive experience with solution development and customization, including system specifications and integration.
  • Proficiency in UX/UI design, with Figma experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, use case development, and requirements elicitation.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
