This role involves collaborating with customers to create website templates and integrate Nextiva services, identifying opportunities for upselling additional products and services. The ideal candidate will be analytical, diligent, and passionate about technology, networking, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Following training, they become experts in the Nextiva platform, focused on creating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers in navigating web builder tools, templates, and features to design visually appealing websites

* Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to website creation, hosting, domain connections, and third-party integrations

* Offer basic Nextiva platform support, including setup and initial troubleshooting to enhance customer success

* Engage customers in discussions about their business goals to recommend solutions that enhance online presence and operational efficiency

Requirements:

* English language fluency required (verbal & written)

* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, technical support or help desk environment

* Foundational knowledge and understanding of web design principles

* Familiarity with web hosting platforms, domain management, and content management systems (CMS)

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include major health insurance, vision and dental coverage, life insurance, 30-day Christmas bonus, 50% vacation premium, and more.
