Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the financial analysis and budgeting process to maximize revenue and profitability
* Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and analyses to enhance property financial performance
* Evaluate operational performance, identify opportunities for enhancement, and implement strategies for operational excellence
* Manage capital expenditure strategies for each property efficiently and effectively
* Offer expert advice on operational management to ownership, backed by your deep understanding of industry trends and best practices
* Facilitate quick and effective decision-making for senior hotel management through prompt communication and well-prepared decision-making agendas
* Lead and coordinate improvement projects, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
* Oversee the annual insurance policy quoting process, improving policy coverage, and managing claims during catastrophic events
* Identify and address life safety, legal, or physical deficiencies promptly to ensure compliance

Requirements:

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospitality management and operations, with a strong background in all-inclusive and EP models
* Excellent grasp of hotel operations, guest service standards, and brand positioning in the Mexican market
* Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and P&L management within the hospitality industry
* Proven track record of maximizing revenue and profitability
* Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a knack for innovative strategy development
* Strong leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating teams towards common goals
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse stakeholders
* In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
* Fluency in both English and Spanish
* Willingness to travel, including overnight stays, in different time zones
