About the Position

This role is responsible for storing files, entering information into ICHB and FreightStream, requesting commercial documents, and coordinating with Entry Writers and Brokerage Manager as needed.

The ideal candidate will have good follow-up abilities, strong organizational skills, advanced English language proficiency, and 6-12 months of experience in logistics or related fields. A degree in International Business or a related field is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store files and enter information into ICHB and FreightStream
  • Request commercial documents and upload them into FreightStream
  • Coordinate with Entry Writers and Brokerage Manager on files as needed
  • Search for and investigate information contained in files, insert additional data on file records, complete reports, and keep files current
  • Handle data entry and documentation
  • Manage daily tracing reports
  • Implement changes to the filing system when directed to do so
  • Review documents to check for accuracy, including piece count, invoice matching the provided packing list, and compliance with customs regulations
Work Schedule

The work schedule for this role is 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST/8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST in the GDL Office.
