Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collections Associate to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting accounts in need of collection and negotiating payment arrangements, as well as building relationships with customers to understand their needs and issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact accounts in need of collection and negotiate payment arrangements
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and issues
  • Assist in the review of new and existing accounts' credit analysis information to assess customer status and recommend credit lines
  • Review and release of pending sales orders, coordinating communication with Sales and customers
  • Review customer account information to identify accounts with potential credit line increases and accounts with potential risk
  • Review unresolved customer credit issues and develop internal relationships with sales personnel to execute customer credit issues

Requirements

  • Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2-4 years of experience or a high school graduate with equivalent related experience
  • May require specific certifications

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position working 47.5 hours per week in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
