Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR matters across Sensata Technologies from recruitment to performance reviews, salary reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. This role will provide strategic guidance on HR-related issues, including benefits, payroll, and general policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides advice to departmental managers to assess employment needs and participate in recruiting efforts to identify, interview, hire, and train qualified candidates.
  • Develops department goals, objectives, and systems to ensure alignment with company strategies.
  • Identifies and implements updated processes, and makes recommendations to the company based on findings.
  • Stays up-to-date with employment, state, federal, and local regulations and communicates their impact to HR management.

Requirements:

  • A university degree is required (e.g., Bachelor's degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
  • Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Strong communication skills; oral, written, and presentation.
  • Strong organization, planning, and time management skills to achieve results.
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including suppliers and/or external customers.
