About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Designer to join our team at MSCI Inc. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centered design solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user experience design into the development process.
  • Utilize data and analytics to optimize and improve the user experience across all channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital user experience and make recommendations for their integration into our strategy.
  • Work with leadership to align user experiences with business objectives and goals.
  • Manage and prioritize individual projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of user experience initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital user experience design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing and delivering successful digital user experiences.
  • Experience with digital experience solutions/content management solutions (headless/hybrid).
  • Experience leading user experience projects.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and analytics to inform design decisions.
  • Experience with a wide range of design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
