Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Engagement Specialist to manage initial client interactions for our US law firm in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal), with 1+ year of experience in client service or intake roles.

The Client Engagement Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between potential clients and our legal team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and recording relevant client details in our CRM system.
  • Scheduling consultations and supporting the intake process.
  • Collaborating with our legal team to ensure smooth handoffs.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in CRM tools and office software.

Requirements
