Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have prior experience in client-facing roles, advanced English language proficiency, and strong organizational skills.
About the Role
This position involves providing administrative support to our onboarding and retention teams, ensuring seamless communication with clients, managing spreadsheets, performing data entry, and handling various administrative tasks related to client retention.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with clients via phone calls to ensure timely responses and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheet records, including client information and progress tracking.
- Enter data into our system promptly and accurately to facilitate efficient record-keeping.
- Perform various administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, sending emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
At least one year of experience working as an Administrative Assistant.Prior experience in client retention is mandatory.Advanced English language proficiency, both spoken and written.What We Offer
