Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage quality systems, including process validation, verification, and control

  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent certification and work experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of working experience in engineering, quality, or manufacturing within a medical device company
  • Strong understanding of validation principles and practices
  • Experience with MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Experience with problem-solving and lean principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Spanish and English
