As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Micron Technology, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's compensation and benefits programs in the Americas region. Your primary focus will be on Mexico, where you will work under the direction of the Compensation and Benefits Managers to ensure the effective implementation and management of these programs.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Conduct new job analyses and maintain job inventories to ensure accurate and up-to-date job descriptions and classifications.
2. Establish and maintain pay ranges, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with company strategy and culture.
3. Ensure regulatory compliance, staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, and implementing necessary processes to maintain compliance.
4. Consult, educate, and manage relationships with customers, providing expert advice on compensation and benefits matters.
5. Produce and analyze compensation and benefits reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
6. Maintain compensation and benefits data and systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
3. Minimum of 5 years' experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in Mexico.
4. Preferred: CCP or GRP designation, with proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
