As an Intermediate Programmer Analyst, you will be responsible for participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. You will utilize your knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts to identify and define necessary system enhancements. Additionally, you will consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues and recommend programming solutions.
This is a full-time position that requires strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. You will analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, conduct testing and debugging, and serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
In this role, you will have the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision and exercise independence of judgment and autonomy. You will also act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, we also provide a generous retirement plan and paid time off.
