About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Specialist to join our team at Philips International. As a Field Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the technical needs of our customers, providing maintenance and installation services for our HealthTech products and services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform maintenance and operation of imaging medical equipment, with a focus on ensuring First Time Right and providing clear action plans and preparation for onsite visits.
  2. Keep accurate records of client visits, including spare parts, equipment diagnostics, and equipment history, in accordance with Philips procedures.
  3. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and escalation support to customers, communicating solutions or actions and taking ownership of issues.
  4. Work independently within the Philips HealthTech products trained on, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining good relationships with clients.

Requirements

  1. At least 2 years of experience in imaging equipment maintenance, with a preference for ultrasound experience.
  2. A bachelor's degree in engineering, electronic systems engineering, mechatronics, instrumentation and control engineering, biomedical, or medical electronics.
  3. Intermediate English language proficiency and experience with Microsoft Windows and Office software applications.
