We are seeking a Senior Customer Journey Expert to join our Flight Controls Squad, within the Daily Banking & Investments Tribe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting seamless and intuitive customer journeys across diverse financial landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and communicate the product vision and strategy to the team, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Work with cross-functional teams to map out and visualize the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Requirement Gathering: Analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria for the development team.
  • Feedback and Iteration: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on the product, making necessary adjustments to improve usability and meet evolving needs.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the successful delivery of the product, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs.
  • Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about the progress of the product, including milestone achievements, upcoming features, and any challenges being faced by the team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging feedback, experimentation, and learning from both successes and failures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking sector or a financial institution.
  • Strong analytical thinking, focus on quality, proactive attitude, determination, and discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present formal and informal findings in a clearly defined and persuasive manner.
