Customer Success Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engineer to join our team at Capital Markets Gateway. In this role, you will develop an expert understanding of our platform and drive the value proposition of our services by providing guidance and solutions to enhance our users' experience.
The ideal candidate will have a background in software development or experience in a client-focused analyst or support role, with exceptional communication skills in English (min. C1, both written and verbal) and the ability to interact with a wide range of audiences.
You will be responsible for developing in-depth knowledge of the CMG platform to support a wide range of client inquiries, monitoring for, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues, and providing support for our API products and addressing API-related customer queries.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess keen analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to multi-task balancing simultaneous customer issues, and be comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, 15 days of vacation, gym membership contribution, pension contributions, language courses, tech courses and conferences, top-of-the-line MacBook, potential trips to the USA, company team-building events, and flexible working hours.
