About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Administrator to join our team at 332 Discovery Networks Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. as a key member of our Content Licensing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and processing content licensing agreements, ensuring accurate and timely execution of contracts, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and process content licensing agreements, ensuring accurate and timely execution of contracts.
  • Verify availability of rights and clearances for intellectual products, researching prior sales history and deal terms as needed.
  • Resolve conflicting clearance, sales, pricing, or rights issues prior to document distribution.
  • Input contractual terms and licensed product data into the WBD system.
  • Assist other contract management teams as required with preparation of contracts, amendments, and product notices.
  • Process extension fees to ensure accurate and timely processing and maintain deal text library in COSMOS.
  • Coordinate and correspond with Sales, Rights, Collections, Finance, and Legal departments regarding contract administration issues.
  • Track status of documents from sales order through fully-executed agreement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years prior contract management or similar experience.
  • Experience with handling/processing large volumes of data with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment while effectively meeting deadlines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
