About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at Gulfstream. As a key member of our Structural Manufacturing group, you will be responsible for providing critical support to facilitate the manufacture of our products, ensuring design requirements and quality standards are met, and driving continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes in Structural areas, with a focus on Cabinets.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCCA) to resolve complex problems.
  • Investigate and analyze Design Intent/Design Review (DI/DR), Engineering Action Bulletins (EABs), and create Technical Manufacturing Orders (TMOs).
  • Develop work plans and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for new programs.
  • Prepare Work Orders and work routines for Manufacturing, Repair, and Replacement (MRR) activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and improve manufacturing standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Aerospace, or similar engineering.
  • Experience in metal-mechanic manufacturing processes.
  • Advanced English language proficiency (written and oral).
  • Proficiency in CATIA, Solumina, Smarteam, AIR, MS Office, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Management, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, RCA, and ERP principles.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to negotiate with external partners.
