**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Senior Manager to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining critical facilities infrastructure and delivering best-in-class service to our data center customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Project Management: Strong time management skills to work on multiple projects across different countries and time zones.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication with business operations and construction managers.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiating skills to resolve project issues between teams.
- Commissioning Activities: Responds to internal construction managers and external general contractors on guidance for the successful planning and execution of all commissioning activities.
- Commissioning Consultants: Manages day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with scope and contract.
- Project Budget: Provides input into the project budget for all commissioning related activities.
- Functional Performance Test Procedures: Develops the architecture of electrical and mechanical Functional Performance Test procedures and Factory Acceptance Test Procedures.
- Commissioning Logs: Maintains commissioning logs, equipment checklist, and other tools to track commissioning projects.
- Customer-Facing Reports: Issues customer-facing reports and interacts with key customers on progress against commissioning plans.
**Requirements**
- Strong project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects across different countries and time zones.
- Experience in commissioning activities and managing commissioning consultants.
- Knowledge of functional performance test procedures and factory acceptance test procedures.
