A Brazil-based tech company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Consultant.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business objectives and problems.

About the Role:

  1. Work with program managers and customers to analyze and solve business problems.
  2. Understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, and suggest the best course of action.
  3. Determine project requirements by gathering information and studying customers' needs.
  4. Share project requirements with the technical team.
  5. Provide solutions expertise to analyze and identify gaps, participate in solution design, and implement applications.
  6. Support data integration between systems.
  7. Prepare functional and technical specifications and other documents related to projects.
  8. Develop reports and analytics.

Requirements:

Must-Have Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience as a Business/Systems Analyst required.
  2. Experience in gathering functional requirements, specifications, and documentation.
  3. Data modeling (ERM).
  4. Database (PostgreSQL).
  5. Experience in India tax and invoicing solutions.

Nice to Have:

  1. Knowledge of data integration.
  2. Experience in data manipulation through ETL.
  3. Knowledge in UML.
  4. Knowledge of markup languages.
  5. Previous experience in software development.
  6. Full proficiency in English is mandatory.
  7. Advanced Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
