Cash Applicator

At Danfoss, we are seeking a skilled Cash Applicator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our banking systems, including the posting of payments and clearing of accounts. Your expertise in SAP/Oracle systems and ability to provide excellent customer service will be invaluable in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Post payments of banks of companies NAM and balance of accounts.

- Clearing of accounts daily.

- Application of payments in all SAP/Oracle systems.

- Customer Service (internal / External).

- Closing month process (NAM company code) in income, expense and intercompany accounts.

- Send balance statements to customers weekly in order to reconcile the account and reduce the overdue and Bad Debt.

- Reconcile customer ́s balances and provide constant update of account status.

- Review unapplied items.

- Post internal payment.

- Cash pool reconciliation

**Requirements:**

- 3 years experience within Finance and Accountings functions.

- 1 years' experience in credit management with progressive responsibilities.

- Ability to work in a matrix organization.

- Good presentation and facilitating skills

- Advanced English level

- SAP/ Oracle system knowledge

- Account Receivable Experience

- Customer Service & Negotiation experience
