Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing accounting and controls for specific Carrier RTR COE activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial results, monthly closing and compliance activities
  • Confirm procedures and controls are in alignment with US GAAP reporting requirements and Corporate policies
  • Perform and report on activities to include critical RTR activities around balance sheet and reconciliations

Role Purpose

This role will support specific RTR COE functions and streamline processes while ensuring strong and uniform controls. You will engage on specific activities, partner with Carrier COE RTR team members to ensure delivery of quality and timely financial reporting with a strong focus on internal control environment.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 3+ years prior relevant experience
  • English Fluency required
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detailed oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet corporate deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing industry experience a plus
