Job Title: Trial Experience Specialist

At HighLevel Inc., we're seeking a skilled Trial Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional trial experiences to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new customer relationships through inbound customer engagement
  • Align solutions to customer goals, needs, and objectives
  • Develop strong rapport with a pipeline of new business customers
  • Learn and articulate the value proposition of the HighLevel platform
  • Conduct consultative trial engagement efforts for HighLevel's sales process
  • Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to identify compelling solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent SaaS experience
  • 0-2 Years of previous customer service experience or a relevant role
  • Strong technical aptitude to help users succeed with the HighLevel software
  • Experience with technical documentation and presentation skills preferred
  • Working knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation tools, Social Media Management, and more
