At Pernod Ricard, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Director to lead our digital transformation journey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital consumer journey strategy, ensuring a seamless and cohesive experience across all touchpoints.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of a consumer journey strategy, mapping out touchpoints and interactions across various channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams to leverage technologies and ensure a cohesive consumer experience.
- Utilize data analytics and customer insights to optimize the consumer journey, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance engagement.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of technology solutions to support and enhance the consumer journey.
- Implement personalized marketing strategies and communication tactics at different stages of the consumer journey to increase relevance and engagement.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor existing Common Digital Marketing Objectives (CDMOs) to measure the success of the consumer journey strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on leading creative teams.
- Proven track record of building and executing digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge and understanding of Google Suite tools, SEM, SEO, and Social Media/Online Advertising.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
