About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team at Tri Source International. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team to meet/exceed weekly hiring goals
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and optimize the hiring process
  • Establish best practices, lead forecasting and reporting based on inputs from functional department heads, and develop processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with account managers and call center managers to understand their hiring needs and objectives and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and necessary documentation
  • Provide training, coaching and feedback to all members of the recruiting team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market conditions to proactively address talent acquisition challenges
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Director or similar role within the call center or BPO industry
  • Excellent team management skills with a track record of exceeding recruitment objectives
  • Knowledge of call center and BPO operations, job roles, and skill requirements
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify recruitment challenges and implement effective solutions
