About the Role:

Amdocs is seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding the business needs of our customers and assessing the impact of those needs to communicate and implement efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end cross-product/business domain knowledge to understand business needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Experience leading product/customer end-to-end business requirements across business domains or multiple lines of products.
  • Impact product roadmap/customer solution by displaying extensive broad and comprehensive knowledge of best practices in conjunction with a thorough understanding of product capabilities/relevant technical and non-functional aspects that drive the customer solution design and vision.
  • Mentor and coach groups of product owners, serve as a focal point for professional guidance and integration between teams.
  • Review, approve, and design all product enhancement suggestions raised by Delivery, customers, Support, and R&D.
  • Design new requirements for BSS/OSS product and Orchestration/fulfillment flow.
  • Work on different TMF APIs and their security aspect to integrate other telecom systems.
  • Work on technologies like AWS, Kubernetes, Elastic, Kafka, MS, Postgres, and AWS Managed services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/MBA.
  • Total experience required: 6-10 years.
  • Business-oriented with the ability to represent customer needs.
  • Experienced in functionality/specs definition, architecture, and design.
  • Ability to facilitate scope changes and prioritization.
  • Experience in agile methodologies is appreciated.
  • Experienced in BU development/customization projects.
  • Matrix-management, good negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in BSS-OSS products and their integrations.
  • Experience in Telecom domain.
  • Hands-on with Erwin tool and database design techniques and excellent in SQL.
  • Good to have knowledge on Azure Databricks and Synapse.
  • Experience in Cloud technologies and architecture.
