The Role

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive product strategy and execution. As a key member of our product team, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering platform services and capabilities that enable Tala to move fast, scale, and create best-in-class experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with our business goals and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and go-to-market planning
  • Build business cases to drive outcome-oriented product prioritization decisions
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to drive outsized impact and ROI
  • Influence key stakeholders to determine product needs and requirements
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in platform development
  • Demonstrated ability to ship products and deliver meaningful business results
