We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Media Buyer to join our team at Paper Street Media. As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day optimization of our digital advertising campaigns across our brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding of how to bring insights and analytics into a media plan and a media buy.
  • Day-to-day monitoring, management, optimization, and development of assigned campaigns.
  • Continuously introducing new creatives into the 3rd party platforms.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Preparing campaign result reports to provide to the executives in relation to goals.
  • Organizing digital media buying using major display, search, and social networks to drive traffic to owned and operated mobile applications.
  • Performing market research to refine paid media strategies and identify marketplace opportunities for new products and marketing pitches.
  • Analyzing, reviewing, and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and providing insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to increase revenue and grow campaigns, in addition to inspiring and motivating one's team.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills with digital measurements systems and methodologies.
  • 3+ years' performance-based digital marketing experience, or related experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate across the entire organization.
  • Passionate individual willing to immerse him/herself in their work.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational, management, and time management skills with the ability to effectively set priorities.
  • Track record of building and maintaining client and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills: oral, written, listening, and presentation.
