Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Restock guest rooms with amenities and supplies
  • Replace dirty linens and terry with clean items
  • Make beds and fold terry
  • Clean bathrooms and remove trash and dirty linen
  • Check appliances and furniture for cleanliness and functionality
  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming and dusting
Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight
