About This Role

Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled Procurement Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sourcing team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for spend categories, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics.
  • Generate insights from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, and support project execution and supplier relationship management.
  • Drive controls and compliance, ensuring that all procurement activities are aligned with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of purchasing experience, with a strong background in procurement and supply chain management.
  • CAPEX knowledge and experience with Office Package (Excel) are essential.
  • Intermediate-advanced English language skills are required.
  • Knowledge of supplier evaluation and development, as well as results-focused problem resolution and analysis and reporting capacity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP knowledge and experience with COUPA are highly desirable.
Travel Requirements

Availability to travel within Mexico is required.

No relocation support is available.
