Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for leading and executing activities and projects to improve the production of Wiper Motors and Armatures. Your primary objective will be to contribute to the achievement of our Manufacturing Focus KPIs, including Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the improvement process for the main manufacturing KPIs: Quality, Cost, and Delivery
  • Define and execute the system for accelerated improvement process, including Know-How exchange with other Plants in Serbia and China
  • Execute improvement projects in all its phases: from Data Collection to Implementation of machine modifications
  • Ensure Quality in manufacturing processes as required by Product Specifications
  • Fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety of the production lines, including but not limited to: equipment procurement and supplier follow-up, line trials and release
  • Update current standards for Standardized Work and provide new when necessary
  • Contribute to the development of Technical Competences of Shopfloor Team by definition of clear technical standards (e.g. TPM instructions, Tooling Maintenance, Change Over, etc.)
  • Support on reducing down times on production due to missing machinery, tools or devices and provide assistance on the problem solving for machinery failure
  • Develop Quality assurance processes using Quality Core Tools

Requirements

  • Lean Manufacturing, preferably certified
  • Problem solving (Shainin, six sigma)
  • Core Tools
  • Data Analysis Tools
  • Experience with Power BI Dashboards is a plus
