About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will play a critical role in driving change management initiatives that support our digital transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of Change Management agenda for Supply Chain Transformation (Make) and Digital Value Chain Program (DVC) for PMF.
  • Develop and implement organizational design and change management strategies to ensure successful holistic agenda execution.
  • Lead reporting and tracking of key KPIs across LATAM and measure Change Management and Org Design effectiveness.
  • Provide tools and practices to support business-led programs and projects.
  • Support the development of the holistic Change Management Strategy and roadmap for PMF DVC Program with multi-capability complexity.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Change Management, Learning, or HR.
  • Knowledge in Manufacturing (desirable).
  • Project Management methodology (desirable).
  • Database management proficiency.
