Position Summary:

The role involves crafting internal communications content and engaging in the execution of employee communication initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on effective communication strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate metrics to assess the success of internal communication efforts.
  • Assist in the planning and development of content for employee communication platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Create and disseminate communication materials, including written documents and presentations, to convey essential messages.

Essential Skills:

Effectiveness Assessment: Understanding of measurement techniques and the ability to evaluate the quality and volume of work for continuous improvement.

  • Describes methods for quantifying productivity and quality.
  • Provides examples of performance metrics relevant to the area of expertise.
  • Explains fundamental concepts of work effort measurement.
  • Identifies techniques for capturing and communicating performance metrics.

Interpersonal Skills: Knowledge of techniques for engaging with diverse individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Multimedia Skills: Familiarity with multimedia publishing technologies; ability to utilize audio, visual, and animation software for producing multimedia content.

  • Troubleshoots common software and platform issues.
  • Works proficiently with specific multimedia tools.
  • Engages in various phases of multimedia production.
  • Contributes to the integration of mixed media components in design.
  • Compiles lists of necessary equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • University degree or related field in Communications.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, with experience in both internal and external communications.
  • Ability to bridge communication gaps effectively.
  • Experience in creating digital content, including audio and video.
  • Proficient in managing design platforms, including audio, photography, and video tools.
  • Experience in developing business communication strategies and enhancing corporate image.
  • Familiarity with dissemination strategies to promote the positive impact of socially responsible organizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, proactive approach, and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is required.

  • This position may involve limited travel.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday.
