- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of planners to achieve KPIs and best practices, and drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement supplier escalation processes to drive stability and minimize the impact of supply chain disruptions.
- Supplier Performance Management: Monitor supplier performance and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure that our supply chain is resilient and adaptable.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree a bonus.
- Language: Fluent in English, Spanish is of value.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supplier Management, SIOP, S&OP, Integrated Business Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Operations, Inventory Management, Capacity Management, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to influence and convince stakeholders, resilient in the face of challenges, and proven ability to drive change and deliver results.
