Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer located in Aguascalientes.

Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, the Manufacturing Engineer role involves

Key Responsibilities:

Engineering Requirements:

- Prepare the Manufacturing process instruction, Flow Chart, Lay Out, identifying the BOM Make/Buy required to build the product.

Customer Collaboration:

- Meet the request of the customers Internal/External.

Manufacturing Process Planning:

- Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods.

Design and Development:

- Design's manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.

Continuous Improvement:

- Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.

Workforce Planning:

- Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.

Customer Communication:

- Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications and design changes and responds to their request.

Production Planning:

- Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.

Implementation and Support:

- Develop and implement MPIs, Layout, Tooling and Facilities for new programs.

Production Line Support:

- Production Line Support to current products & continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

- Conversational English.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor ́s degree.

Work Experience:

- Normally receives general instruction on routine work but can work independiently, and in some cases may supervise / oversee others.

Skills and Abilities:

- Experience in MPIs Plan Development and implementations.

Technical Skills:

- Experience in Process Validation.

Problem-Solving:

- Experience in FMEA/statistical methods.

Workforce Planning:

- Experience in Analyzing and planning workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, design layout of equipment, workspace for maximum efficiency and automation implementation.

Training and Development:

- Experience in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.

New Product Introduction:

- Experience in NPIs Process, Plans and Implementations.

Root Cause Analysis:

- Experience to Resolves test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing, and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.

Automation:

- Experience in automation equipment.
