**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to manage a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and proactively preventing and resolving issues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales and production of the assigned portfolio, identifying client needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure a seamless sales process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintain and grow the assigned portfolio's production
• Respond to client inquiries and provide solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets and company goals
• Collaborate with the Sales Field Team on all job-related functions
• Close deals and achieve sales objectives

**Requirements:**

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Strong customer service skills
• Goal-oriented and results-driven
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook
