Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Xb Contact Center Solutions. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a minimum of 15+ outgoing phone contacts to our customer database each hour worked to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services.
  • Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts to ensure each customer receives unparalleled customer service.
  • Document each call in Salesforce to maintain accurate records for future contacts made to the customer.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales, call volume, new customer acquisition, and sales goals.
  • Attend 3-4 hours per week of trainings and other meetings as required.
  • Understand the entire line of products so you can sell them with confidence.
  • Be comfortable with technology.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience: 1 year (required)
  • Language proficiency: 85%-95% English (required)

Work Environment: This is an in-person work opportunity.
