Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods through testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the design, development, and implementation of test procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Design and develop test fixtures and equipment to support product testing and evaluation.
- Complete specifications and procedures for new products to ensure consistency and quality.
- Organize labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
- Evaluate and improve existing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- A university degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills to achieve results.
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
About the Role
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
