As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of Agile ceremonies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving team maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide rigorous facilitation of Agile ceremonies, ensuring high-quality story production and effective retrospectives.
* Ensure comprehensive understanding of product stories by technical teams during scoping and ideation phases.
* Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised, emphasizing consistent improvement and problem-solving.
* Remove impediments and coach the Scrum team on removing impediments.
* Utilize expert Agile knowledge to skillfully apply existing tools and practices for software development.
* Collaborate with the product and development teams to identify and fill gaps in the Agile framework.
* Support the product owner and provide education where needed.
* Act as a trusted representative for the team in committees, coordinate with IT colleagues from other teams, and serve as the SPOC for the product owner and release manager or other functions from the business.
* Deliver ongoing training for the team, product owners, developers, and testers to consolidate and support future development of Agile methodologies in the organization.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in any domain-related field.
* 5+ years of IT experience as a Scrum Master leading small-mid-sized projects and/or Agile teams.
* Experience with Agile methodology and product management.
* Ability to analyze and think quickly to resolve conflicts.
* Ability to work with and lead a team.
* Proven ability to continually build job knowledge & skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
* Advanced English.
