  • Assist in the development of new techniques, models, and plans to improve financial processes.
  • Resolve complex issues that impact the business and provide detailed analysis and recommended solutions.
  • Analyze information using in-depth knowledge of industry practices and procedures.
  • Escalate anomalies and issues efficiently and on time.
  • Supervise, motivate, and develop the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy in decision-making.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and team members.
  • Manage teams and lead by example.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in financial markets or a related field.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, actuarial science, economics, or a similar field.
  • Fluent English language skills.
