Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales function, including preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and quotas.
  • Conduct statistical analysis on sales data to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives.
  • Develop territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit plan.
  • Maintain online sales and marketing systems, verifying data accuracy and acting as liaison with IT to resolve issues.
  • Instruct sales, marketing managers, and support staff on accessing sales and marketing information.
  • Prepare and control commission incentive budgets for a particular district or region.
  • Perform sales calculations on sales incentives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 4 years of related experience in communication and influence, data management, and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data tables and database management.
  • Experience with database management tools such as Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau is an advantage.
