Job Title: Senior Sales Strategy Analyst

At Zendesk, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Strategy Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Go To Market (GTM) organization, you will play a critical role in driving sales strategy and programs using a combination of market intelligence, modeling, and business analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business performance to identify future roadblocks and provide strategic recommendations to GTM leadership
  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop and drive sales strategy
  • Conduct TAM/SAM analysis, propensity modeling, account tiering, market segmentation, and pipeline analysis
  • Identify growth opportunities by regularly assessing business and KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Product Strategy, Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, and Sales
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy or analytics
  • Good understanding of software industry/SaaS sales and marketing models
  • Proficient in CRM and data analytics/modeling tools, with working knowledge of SQL
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with ability to lead multiple priorities and structure complex problems
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver results in an impactful sales environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer success
  • Education in Quantitative branch (Eng, Math, Statistics) with MBA/MS in Business/Finance/Accounting
