As a Change Management Manager, you will be part of our Strategy & Transformation organization, driving digital transformation and critical strategic initiatives globally.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Change Management expert to lead our Change Center of Excellence. This role will own change management for priority transformation programs, developing and executing custom solutions to support successful delivery. You will work closely with key stakeholders across programs, focusing on developing, managing, and executing transformational activities.

Your Impact

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to support implementation, execution, and adoption of transformational initiatives.
  • Lead change management for global functional teams, setting change strategy and managing change-related project plans.
  • Manage all change management deliverables, including change plans, leadership alignment, communications, change impacts, training, and value realization.
  • Oversee communication and training strategies, working with stakeholders to develop effective plans.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, engaging and maintaining strong connections with global and functional leadership teams.
  • Translate theoretical approaches into practical plans, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.
  • Deploy change management approaches, manage risks and issues, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive, monitor, and manage change workstream delivery, meeting key milestones on time and within budget.
  • Work with stakeholders to build change management understanding and prepare leaders to effectively lead and embed change.
  • Manage interdependencies across workstreams within the project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years industry experience or human capital consulting experience, with strong knowledge and working experience in change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Salary Estimate

We estimate this role to pay between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, based on factors such as location and experience. However, this is only an estimate and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
