About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our production department in Irapuato, Guanajuato.
">As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, developing a team for future priorities, and driving operational excellence by optimizing processes and workflows for maximum efficiency and productivity.
">About You:
">You will provide leadership and guidance to the operations team in executing strategic initiatives, lead and mentor the operations team, and foster a mindset of zero misses, innovation, and principled-based decision-making.
">You will also oversee risk management processes, ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, safety, and ethical standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operations with broader business objectives.

">Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience leading, coaching, and developing a team in a manufacturing environment, as well as experience using Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques.
">You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
">Preferred Qualifications:
">Experience working in the automotive industry, technical or environmental experience in a manufacturing environment, and experience in root cause analysis techniques or other similar problem-solving systems are highly desirable.
