Key Responsibilities:

Execute change management and communications activities to support the adoption of new processes and technology, ensuring an exceptional end-user experience.

  • Lead the operational implementation of all change management services to deliver an Excellent Experience during times of change.
  • Prepare change management assets based on a defined strategic approach, manage and monitor the change, and suggest reinforcements to support the transition.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements within change methods.

Dimensions and Aspects:

  • Technical expertise in end-to-end change implementations for small-medium programs, including operational steps such as CIA, CAP, Communications planning, TNA, Training Curriculum, etc.
  • Leadership skills, including vision, strategy, and business alignment, people management, communication, influencing others, and managing change.
  • Decision-making and autonomy, including the capacity and authority to make organizational decisions, autonomy in decision-making, complexity of decisions, impact of decisions, and problem-solving.
  • Interaction, including establishing relationships with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts to enable key decision-making.
  • Innovation, ensuring change and communications practices offer different modalities to support effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Appropriate Bachelor's degree in a related specialization area, such as Change Management, Communications, Business Administration.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in change management in a global setting, preferably in an IT function.
  • Experience in managing change in a diverse data and digital technology landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal English, to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
