About the Role:

Amazon Web Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. - C68 is seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Architect Lead to join our team in Mexico City. As a seasoned technical leader, you will be responsible for coaching and growing a team of Solutions Architects, helping them develop the industry's best cloud-based solutions. Your expertise in architecting and operating solutions built on cloud service providers will be invaluable in guiding our team toward cloud computing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, on-board, train, and develop new Solution Architects from internal and external sources.
  • Act as a conduit and liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support.
  • Build and coach the team on the skills needed to conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions, transferring deep technical skills to customers.
