**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Introduce NPI, define processes, set up processes, and continuously improve at plant level.
  • Follow the BPC Standard Development Process.
  • Manage generic capacity at plant level.
  • Be accountable for Investment Authorization Request definition, validation, and follow-up.
  • Supervise and organize tasks of your team (project manager and process engineer).
  • Ensure all evidence is stored in the engineering global server database.
  • Report monthly on NPI development and productivity/continuous improvement achievement.
  • Manage actions plan from customer or external audit.
  • Ensure engineering standards are up-to-date in SAP and working instructions (cycle time, labor time, tooling, settings, BOM, etc.).
  • Avoid non-compliance with safety rules.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**

  • % PPAP on time.
  • Product cost at SOP
