The Role

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and UX, to ensure a cohesive brand voice across all touchpoints.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and create content that resonates with them.
  • Analyze product metrics to inform content decisions and optimize the user experience.
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop strategies that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Create high-quality content, including copies and microcopies, that aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Work closely with our UX Designers to define copy on design components, such as labels and buttons.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in UX writing or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Content Strategy, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of content creation and copywriting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adept at handling and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of design software, such as Figma and Zeplin.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade stakeholders.
