We are seeking a highly skilled NAM PAYROLL TAX EXPERT to join our team at Danfoss GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of employee payments, managing payroll functions, and handling tax-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Time and Attendance Reports, verify timesheets, Payroll Reports, and Deduction Reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Generate payroll reports, including payroll registers, tax reports, statistical summaries, and ad hoc reports. Reconcile payroll data to resolve discrepancies.
- Perform special payroll-related calculations, such as retroactive payments, time off accruals, overpayments, and incentives.
- Process payroll using UKG and instant checks as needed.
- Research payroll, garnishments, and tax inquiries for employees, managers, and business partners.
Required Skills:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with payroll systems, such as UKG, ADP, or Ceridian
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
